Dear Neighbors,
It was a beautiful time at the last Jazz Age Lawn party of the year. The weather was nice and cool, our picnic was delicious, and the booze never stopped flowing. As one lovely lady in front of me on the East River Ferry commented, “This is the perfect event for New Yorkers, everyone loves seeing and being seen.”
